Magarpatta City Diary

My life in Pune City started on 20th September, 2004. The reason was, I think you know if you have read my previous blog called "My First Job @ Amdocs". Anywayz, I came because I got a job in AMDOCS which is located in Pune City. To be more specific it's in MagarPatta City, Hadapsar which is little far from main Pune City and this place is now developing at a very fast pace. MagarPatta City is building up a huge IT complex and also residential complex too over an area of 400 acres.
Magarpatta City is a project of Magarpatta Township Development and Construction Company Limted.
And the most interesting thing is that I stay in MagarPatta City only just next to my office. The residential complex here is too good and just beyond imagination.

They are also building up Cybercity Technology Park which consists of 10 towers with all IT MNC companies.

The compaies which already established a base over here are AMDOCS, AVAYA, EXL, PATNI, MELLON, EDS, AVIVA, SYBASE and many more yet to come...
I am staying here with my friends who are also working in AMDOCS. Earlier staying away from my sweet home and parents used to make me feel very lonely and sometimes homesick too. But, now life is changing and I am able to accept and adapt the new changes in my life. So, in other words enjoying my life over here in Pune.
Magarpatta has also builded up a huge Shopping complex known as Megacenter. This is one of the largest Commercial Complex in India.
