The Sysinternals web site provides you with advanced utilities, technical information, and source code related to Windows NT/2000/XP/2K3 and Windows 9x, Windows Me internals that you won't find anywhere else. All are really good.
Imagine you can see in real time all the files on your system that are currently open, how many read, write operations are taking place on them etc.
It’s really nice to know what an application is doing in the background.
